Membership Annual Renewal Program
The Friends of the Charles Paddock Zoo Membership provides ongoing support through automatic annual renewal.
- Membership Term: Your membership is valid for one year, starting from the date of purchase. It will automatically renew for another year, beginning the day after your current membership expires.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership any time before the expiration date. If no cancellation notice is received, your membership will automatically renew for another year, and you will be charged the current membership fee.
Renewal Process:
- Renewal Notification: About one month before your current membership expires, you'll receive an email notifying you that your payment method will be charged for the renewal.
- Action Required: If you'd like to update your membership (e.g., change the level, update names, etc.), cancel your membership, or change your payment method, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Cancelling or Changing Your Support:
You may cancel or change your membership at any time before your membership expires. To do so, please notify the Friends of the Charles Paddock Zoo using one of the methods listed above.
- Required Information for Cancellation/Changes:
- Name(s) on the membership card
- Expiration date on the card
- Specific request (e.g., cancel membership, change level, update names, etc.)
If you don’t cancel before your membership expires, your membership will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the next term. New membership cards will be issued to you.
Late Cancellation (Within 30 Days of Renewal):
If you wish to cancel after the renewal has occurred, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your new membership cards. To cancel, please contact us and return your new membership cards (either by mail or in person at the Zoo during normal business hours).
Once we receive the returned cards, we will refund your payment minus any processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees). Refunds cannot be processed after 30 days from the renewal date.
Membership Benefits are exclusively for the individuals listed on the original membership application and cannot be transferred to others. To gain admission to the Zoo, individuals with membership tiers that include named passholders must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the membership card.
Revoked Membership Benefits: Membership may be revoked if passholders engage in behavior that jeopardizes the health or safety of Zoo visitors, staff, or animals.
Consent to Contact: By becoming a member, you agree that the Friends of the Charles Paddock Zoo may contact you via email, phone, or mail. Your contact information will never be sold or shared with any organization not affiliated with the Charles Paddock Zoo. Your email will be added to the Zoo's email list, and you will receive updates about events, special offers, and other Zoo-related news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, newsletters, and event notifications, but the Friends of the Zoo may still contact you directly regarding your membership and related matters.
